At 247 Luxe Lab, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on wigs unless you received the wrong item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • Upon review, if your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or improper installation.
  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by shipping carriers.
