  • Custom orders may require additional processing time. If applicable, estimated times will be provided on the product page.

Shipping Time:

  • After processing, shipping usually takes, 5-8 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.
  • In total you can expect your package within 8-12 business working days.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping is available on orders over £100

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping:

  • At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
